Supportive Group Sessions

Group sessions at SPIRIT TRIBE are all done opine via zoom, we offer a unique opportunity to connect with others who are experiencing similar challenges.

In a supportive and structured environment, participants can share their experiences, learn from one another, and build a community of support.

Our group sessions are facilitated by Sam who will ensure that everyone feels heard and valued.

These sessions can help you develop social skills, gain different perspectives, and realise that you are not alone in your journey. Being part of a group at Spirit Tribe can foster a sense of belonging and provide additional motivation to overcome personal obstacles.

We offer weekly Support Groups Via Zoom, including Peer Support, Meditation, Hypnosis/Meditation and Breathwork 

Mindfulness Coaching for Holistic Well-being

Mindfulness coaching at SPIRIT TRIBE is designed to help you cultivate a deeper awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

Over the years Sam has used many mindfulness techniques, including meditation, breathing exercises, and mindful movement.

By integrating these practices into your daily life, you can achieve greater emotional balance, enhance focus, and foster a sense of inner peace.
